Make sure you tell the girl scouts you are buying cookies from that you support the GSUSA’s efforts to be open-minded and welcoming to all types of girls.
I’ll be buying Girl Scout cookies this year, for the first time in years, because I don’t agree with intolerance or BIGOTRY based on a person’s gender (or, actually, based on ANY reason). I’m proud of GSA for their position, and I emailed them to tell them so! Even if you don’t buy cookies, feel free to drop them an email to support their stand against discrimination.
I’m diabetic so I can’t actually eat the cookies, but I think I can buy cookies for others or possibly just make a flat out donation!
A great solution to a delicious problem

Oh, and since I personally can’t eat the cookies, I’m sending them to the troops, which makes me twice as happy to buy them.
